Acne

Acne Is:

Inflamed, infected, blocked pores appearing as white and red pimples.

Acne occurs when the sebaceous glands increase the production of oil that is necessary to protect skin. Bacteria and yeast can over-grow on the skin and cause inflammation. It is a message that there is an imbalance in body chemistry.

Symptoms:

Red spots, bumps, inflamed painful blackheads, white heads, and oily skin

Possible Causes:

Genetics, poor diet, nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, hormone fluctuations, emotional stress, poor digestion, toxic body system, yeast overgrowth.

Avoid:

Soda, caffeine, chocolate, fried foods, alcohol, hydrogenated fats, and processed sugars

Aids:

Healthy diet of organic unprocessed whole foods, dark green and orange vegetables for beta-carotene, fiber to promote elimination, good quality proteins.
Juicing fresh, organic carrots, apples and beets helps to cleanse the body
