Waste matter moving through the large intestines too slowly
Stress, inactivity, certain medications, suppressed emotions, poorly functioning digestive system, insufficient bile flow, low fiber, low water intake, parasites, diminished friendly flora in the gut, magnesium deficiency, underactive Thyroid
Waste matter staying in the colon too long can cause bacteria and other harmful matter to be reabsorbed back into the blood stream.
